MUi STAYS is a responsible Property and Hospitality management company. Founded with the purpose to "enhance community value, sustainably and responsibly" through providing environmentally friendly, socially responsible, quality accommodation.
MUi STAYS (formerly Whale Watchers Lovely Self-Catering Accommodation) was established in 2003 to provide holiday letting services to people travelling to the South Peninsula and in particular Muizenberg, Kalk Bay, Fish Hoek and Simon’s Town.
Operating as a premium hospitality and property manager
in the local area, we specialise in providing clients with a professional homestay management solution. Working as a premium AirBnB management company and a booking.com property management service. We are able to list your property across more than 250+ marketing channels locally and globally.
We have built a significant portfolio of both customers and properties. With the dawn of the digital age, MUi STAYS is now set to maximise its reach and present to the market the best that Cape Town has to offer – The Sunrise Coast on the South Peninsula.
